Timothy J. Musielak
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). In addition, I am also a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Daemen College in 2002 and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Services from Canisius College in 2004. I became a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor in 2007 and was licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York in 2009.
I have been working in the field of human services since 2004 and have experience at the outpatient level, within the corrections system and I have been in private practice since 2009.
